Actually somewhere I have this really handy report from one of the Big4... can't remember which. where it lists like every country on earth and lays out the costs and time-frame and which department(s) you need to go to to form a company.

Not OP but I'd be interested in that list, if you ever find it.

Will look for it tomorrow. So bumping now
>>
>>1828015
you mean assuming you speak fluent arabic?
>>

by fapping to Eva Padberg while reciting the Surah al-Isra
>>
>>1828015
in that case just hop on over to Ramstein or Landstuhl and sell stupid "reminds me of home stuff" to the americans who live on base, theres tens of thousands of em there.
>>
>>1829685
who live off base*
whoops

but still i mean those guys will kill for anything that reminds them of home, even something as simple as mediocre fried chicken

did that last year
first step: don't come for advice to 4chan you loser
second step: get a business adress, contact your finanzamt, get a tax number
congrats, that's it.

now it becomes hairy.
what kind of inc. is best for you?
is it gewerbe or freiberuflich?
check the laws to see what you're allowed to do in the first place
rule of thumb: no degree, no fun
know how a lawful business letter has to look like
learn how to calculate your taxes
...
...
...
...

just go to a seminar, you've gt no idea
>>
>>1828015
you want to open a kebab shop, anything other than kebab is pointless
>>
Small shops are worth it, but opening any real corporation in germany is just a waste because the government will screw you over

First learn how to pronounce and spell all of the common forms of business in Germany:
Gesellschaft des bürgerlichen Rechts
Offene Handelsgesellschaft
Kommanditgesellschaft
Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung
Aktiengesellchaft
Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien
Unternehmergesellschaft haftungsbeschränkt

Couldn't find the one I was looking for, but I did find these global taxation guides which could be pretty useful:

Find a German business partner. Germans are -for the most part- fairly patriotic. If you can find someone to teach you the ropes and practice even more speech with, you don't even have to keep them as a business partner.

>Germans are -for the most part- fairly patriotic.

KEK, our politicians are turk/albo lovers (Angela Merkel, Joschka Fischer, etc.). Our greatest allies in the world are Turks, our greatest allies in Europe are albanians and other muslims in the Balkans. The fuck you think Germany is. The USA is more than an ally, it is the governing nation since '45.
>>
>>1831428
I'm german and I can in principle be your business partner. State your idea.
>>
>>1828015
Don't.

Switzerland is far better for business than the Socialist Republic of Germany
>>
>>1831602
ach ronnie...
>>
>>1831747
fucking libtards
when will they ever learn
>>
>>1829688
There is actually a Taco Bell in the basis. All Taco Bells in Germany are in American bases
