I meant volatility ETFs.

Inverse volatility ETFs go up after the crash and instability is over, like right now. Regular volatility ETFs go up during the crash, since the markets go crazy.

Commodities are barely investments, but I guess higher education goes up. So many people went back to school after 2008. In a similar vein, real estate near big universities goes up.

Super cheap shit brands do well too, like Walmart. Everybody tightens the purse strings.
