I can speak from random experience, but Uline in Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin is paying roughly 15k a month to get the inside and outside of their windows washed.

That said, not a lot of Mexicans are cool with putting on a harness and repelling over the edge of a 10 story building with a squeegee and bucket
