Why hasn't anyone created a bot for public use that analyzes the patterns of certain stocks and can automatically buy and sell stocks for people, as well as possible corner smaller stocks and analyze trends on social media affecting prices so you can get in or out and read crashes.

That's what Michael Bloomberg did. Others have done it too, including Ron Unz. You could try to get rich by using your own tools, or you could develop tools and then sell them for guaranteed profits.
