Which of the following qualities is better? Being flexible/goal oriented.
I have this question in my application, but I'm not quite sure what to choose. Both are good in a way and I did pretty well with other questions in the application, but this one just got me.
Help me out fellow /biz/
Flexible. Adapting is the key to survival.

System oriented is better than either.

Flexible is a red flag the job is going to be bullshit.
It's kinda like "Fast paced environment" "Upbeat" etc etc. AKA "We are going to work you like an alabama nigger".
>>1820558
Depends what you are applying for.
Flexible goals is the best.
>>1820558
You're going to be a wageslave memester for the rest of your life with this kind of either-or attitude.

I'm applying for "Study abroad". This was the final question, previous questions included more or less psychological questions about my entrepreneurial skills and experience and so on.
>>1820633
Collecting opinions and understanding the subject is always better than only relying on my own thoughts.
>>1820637
I'm just trying to understand "why" you are going for that one. Not "write all pros and cons so I can paste them all in the application." Clearly I was going for being the flexible one and I had my own reasons for picking it, but I was doubting my decision so I came here, made this thread just to see what is your opinion on this. That's it. Read the replies and see for yourself that they all are memes.

it's the last letter of your myer-briggs personality type.
i.e. ENTJ (strict nazi style basketball-american plantation manager) vs. ENTP (entrepreneurial start-up enthusiast)
Bill Gates is more of an INTP while Steve Jobs was more of an ENTJ
P = flexible, working in bursts, and improvising
J = strict schedule, steady work pace, planning
>>1820636
Spinning yourself as an entrepreneur probably means P, rather than J

Also, kys.
"Multi-culturalism" is gay as fuck. The only people that want to study abroad are
>autistic liberal arts students with no plan for what to do with their life after graduation
and
>girls that want to bang foreigners without campus finding out that they have become a degenerate
do that retarded shit.
It contributes no value, and you can just get all the "culture" your heart genuinely desires from a quick trip to >>>/int/.

Isn't making a good network important too? I'm not a liberal, I'm more right than liberal. I'm interested in international relations and business. Besides, my academic skills are pretty good (including math, economics and IT). I want to see how world is behind borders.
And I won't kms. I'm interested in only drinking and fucking. That's not my point.
