Considering buying property in NYC. How's the market? Undervalued, fair value, bubble... how are prices? Have done some research, but sources are conflicting.

That ship has sailed. Look elsewhere for real estate gains. All the neighborhoods within 30 minutes of Manhattan have been bought out and are becoming fortresses of highrise developments. Queens and downtown Brooklyn have been colonized by the Chinese. You're basically left with either living in Flatbush and getting raped by a pack of niggers or living in some bumfuck area like fucking Staten Island or Oakland Gardens.

Just buy property at Hudson Yards. Already expensive as fuck, but that entire complex is going to absolutely moon and has the potential to become a world-renown tourist attraction
