i was really into Olympic lifting to the point where i joined competitions against the national team and placed high places in most of them.

they offered me a chance to join them but i refused, due to it being nothing but my hobby/passion.

now years later i lost the passion for Oly and started powerlifting instead.

that's why it's not a good idea to make your 'passion' a way of income, you'll be stuck in it even if you started to get bored of it or worse hate it.

I'm a professional driver and I make very good money doing it. Party busses, limo's...You name it. I was a truck driver for a couple years and that was alright too. A CDL isn't that expensive to get and yeah...automation one day is going to make an impact but that won't be for at least 10 years.
