Hey /biz/ I don't know if this topic has been discussed in this context before but here I go

I built a successful affiliate marketing business online a while back and sold it a year ago. Since then I have been researching on how to best invest my money.

Portfolio:
175 BTC
1423 XMR
$900,000 USD (non us citizen)
no vehicle
no mortgage
1 month left on my rent (already paid for)

I am also effected by a health condition that has limited my ability to work physically and mentally. Doctors say I will "most likely" return to "normal" and will be able to pursue other full time working ventures but as of right now I would like to focus on my mental health in particular. Although I am frugal having so much liquidity sitting there and being chipped away it gives me a ton of anxiety, I'd rather invest in something that would give a semi-passive income stream, and potentially use the excess proceeds to reinvest or pursue additional business ventures at a later date. Besides BTC I'd rather not keep the majority of my assets in stocks/bonds in case i sperg out and liquidate everything for whatever reason in the future. I'd love to hear about any successful landlords that work remotely.

So what would you do in my situation?

I'm also not tied down a specific country because I have no friends and hate my own

>$400k in dividend stocks
>$300 in a %4 savings account
>$30k in an ETF
>buy an indestructible car for 2k
>15k in checking
>Remaining on medium house down payment
>Lend 150btc on Poloniex
>Lend 1k XMR on Poloniex
>Trade remaining BTC on margin
>Trade remaining XMR with an algorithm

Enjoy the rest of your life making more money passively than most people make as a wageslave.

Seems solid but I have 0 experience trading crypto. I just bought into the meme of XMR around august and did ok

Then instead of trading, sell instead, and put it in gold.

I need a cashflow investment that I can live off of. I'm looking to turn what I have into 4k-6k a month flow without depleting the overall asset value. From what I see real estate which is semi hands on seems like the best path?

Since you dont belong anywhere this is your plan:
spend a few months a year traveling trought europe, learning about real state in the prosess, never buy anything +70k, try spain/italy/ since they are cheaper and have a fucktone of foreigns on summer,

Would love to but I'm under a massive NDA. Research instagram the methods are basically public with a bit of imagination on top.

The most appealing RE markets from my research that aren't in NA are in Seoul, Japan, Budapest. I really like EE, beautiful women nice people affordable lifestyle and Asia, particularly HK/Japan, koreans' are kinda assholes.

Budapest is great for Airbnb and Japan has some decent cashflow areas outside of Tokyo with HUGE potential if Airbnb becomes "legal" in the kyoto/osaka/kobe area.

If it helps I'll probably put my RE assets in a HK holding because

1) rental income is not taxed
2) capital gains is not taxed
3) if i can acquire a visa withdrawing dividends from the company into my name is not taxed so basically 0% tax

Of course theres tax in the native countries I beleive that the treaties bring it down substantial in non US countries. Japan is 30% corp tax but I believe with HK company and bank account its 17% or something..

You could loan BTC to me at 100% interest every few days or so.

You could start with 1, then we could work our way up from there.
