I was just in the right place at the right time where the current GM was buying the company and asked me if i would take his spot. I have only done a semester of college.

Extremely rare occurrence since we have our own parking lots. Rarely is there an outsider driving in our lot. But if it were to happen it would be treated as a regular accident. Only difference is our insurance would cover the customer and eventually the person who hit us, their insurance would just give us back the costs.
