Hi /biz/, due to some unfortunate events, im having to retire early.
Ill be getting about $400,000 and i was wondering what advice you have to help me make the most of it?
I was thinking
>paying off my house 100k
>100k in savings
>150k investments
>50k other miscellaneous things
What would you guys do, or what would some good investments be?
Only pic i have on my phone atm

That sounds like a solid plan. Just make sure you can spread it out over a long period of time, and also look for ways to generate income through passive means. Rental properties, dividend stocks, online ad revenue, etc. Good luck.
Ebay or porn sites.
you have enough to automate a fuck ton of sites and make mad money
>retire early
>on 400k
>only 150k in investments
You will be pinching every penny and eating rice and beans for every meal. If you ever need a new car, roof, windows, or heating system you will become destitute.

Sometimes zoos put shit like balls and boxes in their cages for them to play with. Big cats are no different than house cats in that respect.

>Rent some house anywhere you feel safe for under $1,500 a month.
>Spend less than $1,500 outside of rent.
>Invest $300,000 in a good active manager that gains more than 25% annually with nominal risk.
>Buy a house straight cash with profits after the housing market wherever has turned bearish.
