Even if the computer did almost everything the laws say that you need a CPA to approve them. However does automation decrease job growth? Yes, certainly. On the flip side increased regulation like Dodd or SoX is jokingly referred to as the accounting employment act.

machine learning will cost jobs in both the accounting profession and legal profession in the next decade. Radiologist will be one of the first medical professions to take a hit too.
I'm already know of one law firm using deep learning to predict the outcome of cases in a particular sector. They're also taking smart contracts very seriously.
