would snapchat be a smart investment? whats your thoughts? or will it just turn into twitter.

I'm not sure if it will be a smart investment, but I suppose you have 2 other companies in the field that you could say are somewhat similar: Twitter and Facebook.
If it ends up like Twitter, that isn't necessarily a bad thing, as there was some hype at the beginning for a few days that you could profit from. Being like Facebook makes it a more long-term investment. Either way, it might be worth it to get in at the very beginning. Obviously don't divulge a lot of money into it, but I think regardless, with some quick movements and keeping greed in check, you should be able to make some money from it.

I think there is too much hype about snapchat, it will be like twitter unless it can expand to other areas like facebook. There isn't something particulary unique about snapchat, plus instagram has been pretty successful fighting it. I would advise you to invest in facebook rather than snapchat if you are aiming for the long term, the stock is not very expensive right now as the market is playing defensively before the snapchat IPO.

Snapchat seems like a one trick pony to me, like a GoPro. Not a very diverse product line. Just a free app that has decent advertising revenue
From a limited point of view, I believe Snapchat found a good spot between Instagram and ordinary texting. I like it, and many younger people are eating it up. Right now it looks fairly good
I think Snap won't be easily replaceable, but might get 'tired' like FB, Twitter etc, as these tech things are higher risk, trendy, volatile investments

No, it's dying. Hop on the next trend mane
Why do people still use normal stocks when cryptocoins can pump & dump at 1500% every day?
