That really depends on the product you're selling. Some products may be 5% margin, others 200%. You aren't going to make very high margins selling something like electronics, but something like furniture brings higher margin. Typically you're going to make more money selling expensive $500 items that you pay $200 than you would selling $5 items that you paid $4 for, simply because sales volume won't be high for a small drop shipping website.
