Hey /biz/,
I've had an idea for a great service, kind of like Ebay, but different. I can't get into specifics, obviously, but since the website would function similarly to a prostitute finding website (except legal and doesn't involve sex work in any way, just a kind of service), I'll use that as my example/alias(?). Anyways, I had some questions.
> 1. If I wanted to create a website for people to connect on and use it as a medium, where would I start? I assume there's no "easy make-your-own" for that sort of thing, should I hire someone to do it, do it myself, or what, and if so what should I expect that to run me?
> 2. Do I need to register anything or anything like that if I want to make an eCommerce business?
> 3. How do I keep a copycat from springing up, given it becomes popular? Patent??

You're fucked, kid.
>he thinks this is an original business idea
What makes your website different from freelancer or the classifieds section of Craigslist
Holy shit OH are you me? I'm working on a Craigslist with user ratings too
What kind of sluts would you be peddling, OP? I'm just curious. A "cuddling" service?
