So I've got an interview coming up for a firm across town, for basically the exact same job I'm currently doing. I've requested a salary of about $10000 higher than I'm currently making (80,000 vs 70,000), and am currently at my second position in my career. how bad does it look if you leave a place after just one year? is it worth that mark for a decent sized raise? also for what it's worth I'm currently pretty comfy and I bet the other job would have more stress, but also more growth opportunity.
