Look in the "account" section of the app. If you have the option to "upgrade" to Instant, then you have a cash account.

Instant doesn't lend you money you don't have; it lends you money that you have but can't spend yet for one reason or another. You get up to $1000 in instant bank transfers. I just transferred $2500 in yesterday, but I can't spend it yet. If I had Instant I could go ahead and spend $1000 of it even before the transfer goes through.
