Why don't you show if the next results of your seed match the site's? It's easy to find seeds that generate the 1st and 2nd result but the 3rd or 4th will be wrong.
Unless they have a bug that casts an integer to 32 bits you won't find the correct seed. Although the generated client seed is around 2^42. If they use the same size server-side, it might be bruteforceable with a few gpus and a few hours (depending on how cpu intensive the prng is).

the dice function outputs a number between 0-9999, so all the possible results of the first two rolls are 10000^2
if you try more than 10000^2 seeds (which is a really small number) you obviously have to get repeated outputs
basically the chance of finding a seed that matches up to the nth output is 1/10000^n, of course there's no guarantee that the n+1 output will be the same
