You have to realize the time scale you're on. Markets have red days sometimes, deal with it. The market could literally do a reversal overnight and go green for the exact same amount you lost today. Trading stocks on a short-term basis takes a lot of skill, prior knowledge and luck. Plus you can do in-depth FA since you're only focusing on one underlying asset.
