He just rents all that shit. The only reason he is "successful" is by people falling for his bullshit. If you like this guy you'd probably be the kind of person to buy a pet rock or trumpcoin.

The most valuable info you can get from this guy is the way he promotes himself/his "67 steps" program rather than the actual content is selling. You can actually learn a LOT by carefully paying attention to his advertising/viral marketing techniques. Watch his videos, follow his twitter, and instagram. Everything this guy says, posts, etc is carefully written and designed to sell. His first "here in my garaage" video was easily one of the best direct marketing campaigns in the last few years, and it didn't even have huge production value. Just a couple rented exotics and a AirBNB in the Hollywood Hills (although now he has enough cash to actually rent the place lol).
