Ghostwritten trash
A good rule is to avoid books written by people who were famous before writing the book. Common logic dictates that the best books are written by writers who became famous by writing said books.

that's the most retarded book ever made, half way Through the book it literally says something like this: "If you aren't good looking don't follow the advices on this book or you will end up in jail for being a creep"
the name of the book should be: How to Win Friends & Influence People if you are Good Looking

I put it down when I figured out that its two lessons were:
1. Never ever be better than anyone else at your job.
2. Always settle for the bare minimum from others.
If you are driven, that advice is poison.

Not bad at all.
Don't expect anything revolutionary from it, of course, but it's a fun, interesting book, especially if you pay attention to the details (e.g. the exact techniques of how Trump cajoled/coerced people, and then managed to spin himself as a somewhat righteous guy, etc.) Trump does have a functioning pair of balls, and this medium-length, obviously biased (what isn't?) account of his 70's-to-80's antics is refreshing and fun.
If you're also interested in the inner workings of construction/real estate development, the whole thing will be quite a page-turner.
