I'm from Northern Europe. Is it possible to buy small bonds kind of like betting? I mean bonds and shares for 10 $ for an example?

bonds are considered a safe, extremely long term investment unless you go with junk bonds or corporate bonds for higher yield.
Since you are in Europe, you will need to most likely buy via a discount broker or directly with the company offering a fund or stock.
As an example, Vanguard has funds for bonds in the 10 dollar a share range.

So I can probably not buy shares on the internet here?
I'm considering buying some obligations for long term investment with some of the money and then I will invest a small part a bit more risky in shares and maybe Icelandic (or Brazilian) bonds.

discount brokers are online, and some support internet purchases I am sure. A quick look online shows Interactive Brokers and Fidelity Investments as being decent.
