I've got
>6 months of completely free time
>$25k in savings
>extra money to pay the bills for the next 6 months
>0 business/trading knowledge
I'd rather try and become self employed in the time that I have rather than trying to find a job and wagecucking it the rest of my life. I can live comfortably off of $2k a month - that's a decent starting goal for me.
I'm not asking for a fully worked out solution. Just a little direction and some general advice as to how I can reach my goal.

good but but not $2k a month good
Put all your money into a volatile stock and pray

>make a wbsite
>find a product you would like to sell on that website
>advertise your website HEAVY on social media
>make a youtube account and do something related to your website that gets people's attention
>start drop shipping the product you'd like to sell until you can afford to get some storage space
>when you have storage figured out, have a business liscense and strong sales, start looking for distributors and get your product at a deep discount instead of dropshipping
>when your website starts producing good revenue, begin to reach out to a different market and start from step 1
It's not hard

Better to brand an item and make a small improvement
Go look at the reviews and whatever people hate about it (within reason) fix it and boom
