But that's a sweet line of credit (surely you meant 2.81%, though, as it's the AFR). I was offered a promotional deal on my business line of credit - balance for next check I wrote would have a rate of 2.5% for the lifetime of the balance (9 year term). I wrote myself a check for $55k (credit limit) and deposited it in my brokerage account. If I haven't doubled it in the the 14 month loan lifetime I'm damn close.
