i dont care if anyone steals this idea, its pretty half assed at this point anyways
ive been ebaying since the new year and its going well but i think ive finally found a nice nitch market. new & used clothing with the glock logo printed on it. people buy this shit up. i can tell like 50% of the current listings are fake.
my mother has an embroidery machine, and i can get black short long sleeve shirts for like $1 each.
Say i were to start making hoodies/shirts/jackets. Would me getting sued by glock be a real possibility?

what if it said Clock

Yeah, while Glock is a gun company, not a fashion company, they still own that trademark and will not appreciate you taking sales from their dumb hats and shit. It's also illegal.
You'd have to really go full-blown baller volumes for them to really give a shit though. Also they'd send you a Cease and desist notice before actually filing a lawsuit or trying to have you thrown in jail or whatever.
