Hey anons, am i sleep deprived?
Monday: Allnighter
Tuesday: 2:30-5:45AM sleep
Wednesday: 5:30-9:45PM nap/12:15-5:45AM
Thursday: 7:15-10:30PM nap/Allnighter
Friday: 8:30PM-1:00PM sleep
Saturday: 3:30-6:45nap/Allnighter
In general, my weeks are like this minus all the allnighters, those are a bit of a recent development. I usually get from 2-5 hours of sleep during the week and much longer, like 9-14 hours on weekends.

I drink large amounts of caffeine. Tonight I wasn't even intending to pull an allnighter but drank 3 cans of red bulls when I went out with my friends at 11 and came back wide awake at 2 and have just been up since then.

lel I'm in uni. I stay up so late because of a vicious cycle. I drink a ton of caffeine, which makes me stay up late and procrastinate, which then makes me stay up even later. So I go to bed late and then have to drink more caffeine.
Trying to decrease or wean myself off makes me feel terrible, I get really bad migraines. But I've had to start buying 12 packs of red bull so that I don't blow through $20 on it per day.
