Not from BTC anymore. But alt coins you potentially can if you mine coins that increase in value.

A little bit of skill and a lot of luck, I'd say. If you could predict a currency's movements you could make billions on the FOREX market, so it's obviously not easy.

If you're talking about buying, I'd say BTC. Because unlike alt coins BTC is not completely pump and dump speculation. It has SOME legit uses, such as donations. There are a lot of merchants who accept BTC, even if they convert it to fiat directly after. It is used for money laundering and for purchasing drugs and other illegal stuff on the deep web. However alt coins have none of this.

However if you're talking mining then it's whichever shill you ask. Everyone here has a memecoin they want to promote for their own gain.
