Goodbye Bitcoin?

This doesn't look good...

Now for those who don't know this formation there are two ways to go.

You get pushed off or you jump up and off.

Either way you end up in the water.

Dignity is all you can hope for.

Right. Shorted around 1k, technically not even a bubble because btc is theoretically self-contained outside of the market through middle-men which increases risk due to the irreversability of transactions, unverified point of transactions to verify exchanges within kyc/aml. Since demand dictates valuation, perfect users would always use BTC without regard to it's value within real world applications. Otherwise when used as an exchange vehicle, BTC is constrained to fiat based external policies in vigor since we don't live in a cryptoworld; which ironically defeats its purpose when traded for that contrarian logic as a self-fulfilling prophecy. BTC is just a vehicle of willing participants with diverse intentions eating at the same table. Recommend another establishment without cannibals.
>>
Also you're all playing to confirmation bias

Don't pretend 99% of people on /biz/ has a fucking clue, literally may as well be a coin flip
>>
>>1724240
I agree. There isn't any fundamental data behind bitcoin, no connection to the real world economy. Chart analysis is dodgy to begin with, but next to useless here. Manipulation outweighs everything else with how concentrated BTC wealth is.
>>
>all these retards patting themselves on the back

Bitcoin still has a tiny market cap, and thus high volatility. It only takes something like China messing with its currency to cause an upset like this.

The stage is still being set for more and more people around the world to start turning to bitcoin.

The Turkish lira for instance is TANKING at the moment.

And just wait until the Euro really starts to shit the bed (which is an inevitability at this point).
>>
>>1724175
this. people infrequently talk about this and the grey-market of bitcoin money remittance which is also a huge factor in chinese bitcoin markets
>>
can someone explain this order book pls.

from what i can see.
HUGE demand, very limited supply.
>>
>>1724370
Seems like the opposite to me. Who cares about the large orders with substantial value mismatch? At the spot you have 83 demand at 800 and 206 supply at 810.

What unit is the "amount" column in, btw? If that's full BTC, this is insane. 16 orders for a total of 83 BTC at 800? So the average buyer is looking for more than 5 BTC ie dropping more than 4k USD? I knew BTC was a speculating circlejerk, but how far this is from a healthy market with many small transactions is even surprising me. And further down it gets even crazier with people on average looking for dozens of BTC per buy order.
>>
>>1724394
its full BTC :D

yep, very crazy... this is from bitfinex.
most orders are over 1 BTC.

le pen is not ahead in France
She won't win the election.

I'm French and I can GUARANTEE you that Le Pen will NOT work the election.
Fillion will steal all le pen voters because he recently shifted his immigration policy to attract le pen voters (he want to put quotas) while maintaining a more coherent electoral program than le pen (he also has much more experience as a politician)
>>
>>1729688
>le pen is not ahead in France
Yes she is.

>She won't win the election.
Likely not.
Je sais comment fonctionnent les présidentielles françaises.

On the other hand, I'm not sure how enthusiastic left-wing voters are going to be for Fillon, who is arguably further removed from the left than Le Pen is in many areas.

The point is anti-EU sentiment is on the rise.

When they show the universally reviled anti-establishment candidate ahead, I'd say you can trust them.
If anything, Le Pen is probably ahead by a wider margin than they're admitting.
>>
>>1729708
most of le pen supporters are old, rural persons
fillon has much more supporters nation wide, and a large number of le pen supporters will shift their vote towards fillion (because of how our election works) for the 2nd round

there are other viable ant-establishment candidates (melanchon, macron)
in fact those 2 are getting more and more popular as we get closer to election day

it will be an interesting election to say the least

>>
>>1729746
then you would understand that when le pen doesn't make it to the 2nd round, they will shift their vote to Fillion because his electoral campaign is close to le pen on some aspects, plus he's actively trying to appeal to those voters by changing some of his policies such as on immigration)
>>
>>1729770
Ya, no shit a lot of Le Pen voters will vote for someone else if she doesn't make it to the 2ième round. Lmao.

But she's actually leading in the polls, she is going to make it to the 2rd round.
>>
>>1724206

I'm french, I live in France. I've lived in big cities and in the "campagne". I can guarentee you that le pen support is widely exaggerated

french people do not want le pen as president. french people want stronger immigration policies and border control (which le pen promised) BUT when voters realize that's its possible to have stronger borders all while maintaining a coherent program, le pen will flop because the rest of her program is UTTER shit, and she has no political experience (euro congress does not count)
