>when you been holding since .26 :^)
too late to buy in?
>>1721118
for short term gains yes, 1yr+ no
>>1721118
Nah, with so many automotive companies moving towards electric cars, the demand for lithium is going to grow. The potential has not been realized yet, as the reality of the high demand and short supply has not been priced in.
URRE > GXY
>>1721164
lol constantly in having a net profit and using stock sales to fund their operations. Theres a reason they're a penny stock
>>1721178
a profitable penny stock, at least
>>1721178
>negative net profit
>>1720767
why the FUCK did I sell?!
just popping in
will we be back to daily gxy/galxf threads to give hype to the meme gods?
tfw switched camp from PLS and KAI to GXY last week
>>1721285
Someone should dig out the first gxy thread a year ago, those posts were genuine /biz/ gold.
>>1721108
I'm right there with ya. my money is doubled, now I'm just trying to decide whether I hold onto it for a takeover or cut and run with my gainz.
Should've bought
suicide watch, etc.
>>1721502
Take a third to a half profits, then let it riiiide haha.
Wish I had held
>>1721655
Why did you sell?
>GXY up
>GALXF down
huh
>>1721437
that someone should be you, we are not your servants faggot
http://4archive.org/board/biz/thread/1009126#p1012489
These were the first, however nobody gave a flying fuck back then. GXY became relevant three months after this thread, when some other anon asked about lithium again and he 'praise biz' responed.
also they just posted a new COO announced
>>1721164
The gains are proportional to the price of uranium. Paladin just leaked the uranium spot price for this week at $22.25, up from $20.50 last week, which is why you see 25% gains right now. I consider this a really good long-term investment. Their lithium production is just a bonus.
Full disclosure, I have shares in URRE.

I jumped in with the thread that had a sort of lithium rock. I remember seeing this one though.
What do you guys think about the impact of Trump on lithium prices? I mean, being real, Tesla was supposed to be the driver of an increase in demand, as discussed in that thread. However, isn't Tesla coasting on a fuckton of government subsidies because of Obama's
>muh green economy
I'm not trying to turn this into /pol/ and I don't have an opinion one way or the other about what's right and wrong, I just wanna make bank on lithium. If TSLA goes under because the Trump administration guts subsidies, then there won't be enough demand to really drive gxy's
S A L D E V I D A
play to be as enormously successful as I think we'd all like.
Only holding 1076 shares, but I was broke at the time and i'll be damned if I average down. Meme-bragging about my 100% gainz is more important to me.
>>1721437
what convinced me to buy in
>>1721655
u didnt even... Oh lord moment of silence for desu plz
I went with the comfy choice,
Up again on the open
>>1722348
Redpill me on this company/similar penny stocks
Never once have I risked any money on penny stocks (my portfolio holds plenty of other investments) so I'm curious how y'all do it
>>1723162
I just like the uranium market in general right now.
>6 year bear market
>few players remaining
>cheap as fuck shares
>12 year uranium spot price low in Nov. 2016
>60 reactors under construction
It's pretty interesting. Just make sure you invest in a firm with production capabilities, if you do get interested in it.
>>1721437
H-how old is /biz/?
>>1723065
I don't think the trump administration will have much of a negative effect at all on tesla. Elon Musk has had several meetings with him since he was crowned president elect. Tesla has more parts that are American made than almost every other auto company out there...
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2014/07/04/the-most-american-made-car-soon-to-be-tesla-motors.aspx
...andoes, to top it all off, Tesla has a premium brand and such a rabid fan base that they will be able to survive without green subsidies.
>>1720771
How high we mooning? .7 in the bag, amirite?
>>1721655
$20 per trade? Are you fucked in the head
>>1723065
Tesla is a hype maker for ev's. The real lithium market is China (companies like BYD), not the USA.
>>1723912
Things will go crazy in nuclear when molten salt reactors start happening.
>>1723912
China is the largest EV market, they plan to invest 361 billion $ into it by 2020. BYD is the biggest EV manufactorer in the world, based in China (got spotlight a couple of years ago when Buffet invested).
The biggest battery manufacturer is currently Panasonic, with BYD tight on the list behind it (since they specialise on EV and storage), however two of the biggest lithium producers are in China, Ganfeng and Tianqi (the biggest lithium superpower is in US, Albemarle), second and fifth are SQM and FMC. The sixth lithium superproducer is also the only lithium pureplay, Galaxy Resources, followed by struggling Orocobre
>>1723978
Everything else, not mentioned in the post, has 0 influence on the lithium market and are virtuals spec stocks.
NMT excluded since minority partner with Ganfeng
LAC excluded since minority partner with SQM
I would also kick Orocobre from the post above, since their product is shit, however shit or no shit they manage to sell it. Which tells us how high the lithium demand currently is.
