The only reason I want to learn to program and write code is to work on ideas. (becasue nobody likes ideas guys).
I want to learn to code too but to get a job in IT most guys working in IT I know are so dumb I just want to learn to code fuck it

if you know absolutely fuck all https://www.codecademy.com/ is a decent starting point because it's more than just reading or watching shit
won't get you past beginner stuff, but by the time you're through you'll have the tools to start working on your own projects which is when it gets interesting
other than that, pick a basic task (like a tic-tac-toe game) and figure it out as you go

I got this book out of the library called Sams teach yourself Java in 24 hours.
Its step by step and easy to follow. But it doesn't go into too much details. You won't be a java expert once you finish reading it but you'll at least have some idea on what you are doing.
