Just finished a "application developer" course at a community college, where I learned intermediate programming in php/js and basic Java. I'm not sure which bachelor I should do now, I want to continue in IT but I don't know if I should go for a bachelor in software engineering or business IT and management. I eventually want to start my own company that develops software. Which bachelor does /biz/ think I should take? Thanks in advance!

You should spend your time writing software instead of worrying about the title of your worthless degree.

They both have the same title anyway. I'm just asking which course biz thinks would be a better fit considering my situation

If you're actually interested in writing software professionally, university courses will not help you. Write software in your free time, and learn from those who are better than you. Software development is a lifelong journey of learning new skills and mental models. It's not a 4 year fast-track.

If you want to be a developer or own a development company you should get a degree in software engineering
I'm predicting there will be a continuing strong demand in the network security field. You might want to consider that.
