3billion at 21...believe me you do not know how slept on the Kneepad Industry is.
don't have the numbers for 2016 yet, but it's probably gone up a few % again (nothing like 2015 though). i only consider liquid assets, gold and my rental property, so it's probably a bit off.
recently turned 30. held "normal" jobs for exactly 11 months in my life. i have a business degree and a law degree and everything. if i weren't such a lazy fuck-up this could easily be double of what it's now. i'm very lucky my family gave me such a good headstart.

You're from Germany?
What did you do in 2015 to grow that so fast?

Flipped an appartment. Have been getting into real estate more and more the last three years. Some dumb luck and some good family connections allowed me to buy two properties substantially under market value. Had both fixed up and flipped one, the other I'm renting out now. It's in there with it's book value, so if I sold it now my net worth would probably go up another ~30k. No intentions of doing that though, the constant revenue is nice even though tenants can be a pain in the ass.

yeah if my family gave me any help instead of debt and expenses, that would be nice.
