Through a loophole in the permission-system in the company i work for, I am able to see all transactions going on. Including of course salaries and other usally confidential things.
How can i proceed to make the most of it?
- Telling the Boss now
- Telling the Boss a week before asking for a raise
- not telling anyone and using information from the list to my advantage. Not sure how though
Seeing all these transactions tells me quite a lot about what is going on.
What would you do?

Figure out a way to profit off of this. Don't trust in your boss to maybe give you a raise, do it yourself. Just don't get caught.

since you probably didnt sign a nda for looking at the transactions, go to rival company if gap in pay between male and female, work out a deal where you get paid more at expense of revealing damaging info of company you work at now, leak the company wage gap boom, better job
