Is there a legal basis in the US to prosecute someone for cryptocurrency scams like a fake wallet or a ponzi scheme?

Even easier than that, just create a phising site that looks like an online wallet, but the address it gives the user is actually a wallet you control. They try to load the wallet and send money to you instead
