I'm an lvn with my associates. I've never really understood why people always say 'oh derp just be a crna.' It's ridiculously difficult to do. I was looking for more entrepreneurial ventures

What do you do when you're not working? And relevant hobbies you're especially good at that you could leverage?
Think about trends. Macro trends. The boomers are retiring, yet few of them have enough money to live the classic retirement. 80/20 rule. How do you serve them? There are also an even larger cohort of millennials now forming households at a record pace, in spite of NEETs. They're going to be following in the boomer's footsteps, but with perhaps a slightly different set of choices. But people don't change that much and they will too aspire to have stuff, have midlife crises, etc.
Listen when people say things like, "there ought to be", "why can't anybody", " wouldn't it be great if...". Pay special attention to when people with money say this.
Ever thought of doing hospice? A lot of dying people have money and few heirs. My brother worked as an orderly one summer before med school. His bedside manner and the fact that he wanted to continue in medicine had okd people leave him thousands. Just saying. You've got to think about the stages in people's lives and what they want or need. And convince them their want is a need.
