I'm planning to use CIBC Investor's Edge, but only because I already bank with them. Looks like $6.95/trade is as cheap as we can get in Canada. Too bad we don't have Robinhood or something similar.

I was going to use questrade but Ive heard of people having problems with them when it comes to taxes so I just went with my bank

Does QTrade have 2factor authentication? I swear the security on the brokers in Canada is a joke, it's a disaster waiting to happen. Hack can happen at any time really.
