Using your corporate/big bank employers wifi, do you guys do it? I have questionable porn photos and racist stuff , they can see that shit right?

Only if you have a specific login to the wifi. Don't hold me to that though because I'm sure they could find which smart device searched what.
they can only see unencrypted traffic
Just make sure you use HTTPS always, consider getting the https everywhere extension for your browser.

They can't see the contents of your personal harddrive or phone, no.
Just ensure you use SSL for your internet usage, and it will be encrypted from your computer to the destination server.

they can access your administrative shares on the lan if you are a retard and don't have a password or it's weak.
when you get a new windows you should always delete the admin shares c$ d$ etc, make sure all the users have passwords no anonymous login allowed in the policy and set your networks always to public never to work or home. having a firewall of sorts also helps if someone is using a malware to spy on the fellow employees...
we can see everything on half the employees machine on local lan, because they are too dumb to set a password or delete the default shares. all their photos all their documents everything.
your work computer likely has a root CA issued by your company on it which lets them transparently MITM your TLS connections
https ain't gonna save you in a corporate environment
don't do personal shit on work machines. ever.

This is not true. If you're using a company laptop they can install their self-signed cert so you don't see when they MITM your SSL connections.
