Don't be obession buying new stuff for sake of statues or just because you can, buy only what you REAL NEED.

Try to find cheaper and better alternative than expensive stuff, but beware the real cheap stuff because it may be in real poor quality and it will become more expensive when it become bad or break down.

Avoid loaning money from the bank ( or loanshark...) and hire purshase because in long term it will become more expensive.
