>spoiler alert

The current surge in bitcoin is being caused by Trump and his other billion dollar friends and cabinet members to invest in Trumpcoin on his inauguration. MAGA MCGA

This a pyramid scheme as this person is trying to pump and sell this domain onward after buying the domain name from the same company at sedo dot com for $4449 USD

supposedly .com the owner is bitbullbarbados. depredation has been pushing trumpcoin.website
>>
>>1685667

The owner of the main website has:

>Bought a parked domain
>Pushes a product to sell to the public
>Keep increasing the value of the product they just bought
>Resell the product for a profit due to your increased market share and perceived value that the product now posses.

Even a chunk of the advertising seems to piggy back on Trump's campaign and recent election without any official endorsement from Trump. That in itself is a concern.

Honestly we need to purge the current devs. Any retard with any ounce of effort could have gotten this coin to a dollar by now via using the trumpfund to pay for things that would further the coin.
These guys are literal autistic children who think that saying
>"guys wait another announcement is coming"
Is gonna do anything
It doesn't even matter if they have a plan why can't we just work towards something rather than just fucking around with our balls in our socks
>>
>>1685830

Nothing necessarily sinister about this. They have have said they're making major changes to the site they could even start a whole new one. I guess use your own judgment but no need to keep calling Trumpcoin a pump and dump it's a legit cypto currency thats maintained a really steady price with a few good pumps here and there. lots of people have made a decent profit since it's inception including myself. Not just the handful of devs.

Depredation says news is coming in less than 24hrs so I guess will see whats been in the works.
>>
What news could dep have? Whatever it is he seems to think $10 a coin in 2017.

The outcome of the election made Trumpcoin the biggest potential earner of 2016

The dev team all being retards made it the biggest disappointment of 2016

>>
>>1702818
It depends what you mean by "value."

Do you mean TRUMPs value in USD or BTC? Both have gone up over the past couple days.

If you have TRUMP you have a twice the chance to increase USD holdings,
One, for any increase in TRUMP coins exchange rate back to BTC(which are exchanged in USD)
Two, increase in BTC exchange rate to USD.

That's why if you look at TRUMP on coinmarketcap, the sitoshi and USD values move by different percentages.

This become very obvious when both BTC and TRUMP are on the move, like our current situation.
>>

Meme coin pump because it has trump in the name and off the back of bitcoin rising meaning crypto back in MSM. Bitpac makes it more legit but still a meme.

I don't think it will happen though, unless someone buys big media exposure.

This coin always had a lot of naysayers on here, they seemed to think the purpose was to dump on biz. I can only speak for some of us but we wanted to promote it using the once larger community here and for us all to benefit from getting in early.

Guys it has NOTHING to do with pumpmycoin or poloniex. Something huge is on the way and apparently devs and some other people who are in the know are buying more and more before it surpasses 5$. It may get on poloniex too but it is a very minor fact in comparison with the real reasons Stay tuned!

I dont know, but this cant be a coincidence that the coin pumps right when BTC hits a new high. Remember that with the BTC price increase it grabs the attention of investors and even the general public. Coincide this with the fact that Trump is going to be inaugurated soon and it just cant be a coincidence.

Who knows whats really going on but I have a feeling TC is not done yet.
>>
>>1707284
In other words it looks good for TC. the BTC price increase right before Trump is inaugurated is the best thing to happen to TC.
>>

>.then what?
Four more years of Trump.

The coin is hardly a year old. Trump HAS become president.

The fact that the coin went down to 500 sats and immediately rebounded means it's median value is not 500 sats. Someone took a big gamble going low and lost themselves a lot of money in an attempt to find that median value.
>>
>>1707980

You invest in Trumpcoin for the the same reason you invest in anything else. In hope that it grows in value, Why invest in Bitcoin back in 2010? Why invest in gold or silver? The Trumpcoin community grows everyday and so does the value of TC.
>>
>>1707980
Never went to 500 sats...and lol coins dip and pump all the time brah. Nothing new.

Trumpcoin needs a simple and direct cash to Trump setup before it catches on with the masses. Once that is established the other exchanges will be more than willing to add TRUMP. I hope that's the devs top priority. If they get it setup in time for the inauguration that'd be yuege

The steady rise is intentional - to build hype up until inauguration. On inauguration day we'll see a pretty decent pump which will soon be followed by the biggest dump we've ever seen. This is the last realistic opportunity for the big whales to cash out. Nobody actually believes this coin has any use whatsoever after Trump is inaugurated. It had great potential but the coin was and is controlled by complete retards who missed the opportunity to make this coin go interstellar. I mean on election night we saw 15k sats? Fucking embarrassing.
>>
>>1719133
I wouldnt be so sure of that. Alot of the coins are held by ardent Trump supporters, and they are not going to dump when Trump is inaugurated as Pres. Why should they?

>>
so is coinbase all i need to buy bitcoin and trumpcoin? do i need a wallet? i am autistic and have no fucking clue what im doing
>>
>>1720864
You don't NEED a wallet but it would be ideal. Buy Bitcoin on coinbase, send it to Yobit or CCEX and trade for Trumpcoin. Then you can leave it in the exchange until you want to cash out, or you can transfer it to the wallet you download which keeps it more secure and lets you stake for 2% annual interest on your Trumpcoins as long as the wallet is open. When you're ready to trade out your Trumpcoins for Bitcoin/Fiat money, just send it back to the exchange from your wallet and sell it.

If you go for the wallet, let it synchronize first before transferring the coins to it to save yourself any headache.

The account is the wallet. Look under the receive coins tab, should have your address that is in affect, your account. After it synchs up and you send your coins to it, back it up ASAP.
>>
>>1720973
Yeah no account. In the trumpcoin folder there is a wallet file. Once you send coins to your address your wallet file contains the coins. You can add a password using the client. Your wallet file should be backed up in case you need to download the wallet again. Then you would copy your wallet over the blank one that comes with it.

It should have a synch bar at the bottom left saying % done and tell you how many days behind your wallet is if you hover over it. Might take a day or two.

If you have any big issue then you can email them or sign up their forum for help

>>

you don't need to unlock it for it to sync, unlocking is just for staking and getting the 2%.
if you have followed all the instructions about adding nodes, just restart it and leave it. something should happen relatively quickly,12 hours is the time it should take to fully sync (200,000 blocks or so). it should connect and begin syncing within 5 minutes. if it doesn't restart and restart, or go back over your add nodes steps.
