Also is it still possible for me to even go to school? I'm 21 and haven't gone to school since I was 18, and haven't even done much else, just been at home. To note, I was not stupid when I was in school, just haven't decided what I want to do in my life.
Money isn't an issue, parents are able to pay for my schooling and living and car expenses.
Just need some type of motivation, and I think I'm getting it now, seeing how bored I am, and now I want to study something really bad.

cs
just go to a cc explore options if money isn't an issue. Most degrees require an econ course, cs course (if stem), business is meme

yes it's totally possible for you to go. I would choose the second option assuming you're very good at math. Otherwise CS.
Good luck and don't get lazy and fuck it up. I saw too many people with potential and family money do that. Eventually you get cut off.
CS

Getting the degree in math and minoring in CS is better than getting the degree in CS and minoring in math.
Think about what career you want before choosing a degree.
Any quantative degree will provide opportunities, the more applied it is, the better. Also think about potential for internships and work placements.
