I have a TFSA. Nearly maxed out.

Maxed out TFSAs back when they started.
Have had it mostly as 5 tear rolling GICs but started investing them last year. Have 10k in mutual funds that I ignore, 5k in stocks right now. Rolling one over in January and putting next year's right into investments.
I have Shaw, HBC, A&W, Blackberry, a decent spread on marijuana producers, and a few dividend growth REITs.
Similar case for RRSPs but that's about 90k overall.
