The stock market has been pretty crazy this week. Almost too crazy. In the event of a market crash would thing like gold go up in price? Would bitcoin also benefit from the crash?

These guys seem to be pretty optimistic.
If I manage to get off my ass and become employed in a reasonable timeframe, I'll probably make a small-medium investment in gold on the off-chance that it does skyrocket as these two predict.
