I'm keeping my money on PTN because I have no day trades.

Otherwise I would just trade other stocks and buy on the news, since news of a buyout would almost certainly result in a multi day runner and there's no reason to sit on PTN losing potential profit.

I would recommend PTN to anyone like me that cant day trade. PTN has been extremely stable, only dipping below .40 a couple times in the last 5 years. Its a safe hold while waiting for a buyout which I'm convinced will happen (or is maybe already in the process of happening) considering its product is only the second of its kind and its competitor barely does better than a placebo.
