Columbus is a college town, and a fairly liberal one at that. We have the gay pride parade and commfest every year, so if you're a hipster it might be for you. German village (aka "gerbil village" is where the gay's stay, Columbus itself is kinda crap, Hilliard is semi new, Dublin Polaris and Westerville are the " white" parts, Gahanna and Whitehall (aka blackhall) are hood. To the south is Grove city, aka grovetucky. I'll let you guess why.

Also have hookah bars n shit around here, CCAD ( art school) musicians visit and play shows.

It's a mixed populace IMO. Super liberal college yuppies meets Podunk Hicks all in one city. Good chunk of Somalis live here too.

As far as nationwide goes, I've heard insurance is the way. There's also Chase here, so maybe that'll work for accounting or something else.
