Sure, Ive been eyeing the bad boy since sunday. Did a lot of DD on it so here it goes:
Basically this company has a really good heart valve product they are looking to get on the market before the competition, and they have a big lead on them too. They'd be first to hit the market as there are no other products out there at the moment. I think the market size was something like 2 billion. Anyway Neovasc got hit with a lawsuit recently because they were stealing from their competition. The courts told them to pay up and everyone jumped ship because they didnt have the money to keep going and pay the fees. But in comes BSX Boston Scientific and buys 15% of their shares and gives them 75m to pay off and invest in to the heart valve product more. So before the lawsuit the stock was worth 4 dollars. After it dropped to around a dollar. Now with no debt and a backing investment from BSX this thing is guaranteed to hit 4 dollars again at some point... and then this morning in the pre market they just announced the results of their studies with the new heart valve with an 86% success rate. So not only did we get good news this weekend we just got even more good news this morning right before open. This stock is hot its being watched almost as much as DRYS and TXMD right now. This is easy money and not a pump and dump seriously undervalued stock.
