Salary is dope if you have an hour limit. I work 35 hours a week, never more. Wage you can kill yourself trying to make enough.

I'm a nurse (med-surge). I would murder an entire wing of patients if we were switched to salary. My base pay is $45/hr, with opportunities for overtime whenever I'd like. 13 hour shifts, 3x/week working, and if I work in the evening (+$3) and weekend (+$3), I'm earning $51/hr, and overtime at $76.5/hr.

not all businesses require starting capital. Though if you think you need to WORK to get capital you're not going to make it in business anyways.
