Ive been on and off saving and suffering because whenever I save. I DO NOT SPEND.

I would steal/sneak food from stores, wear dirty clothes, do whatever it takes to not spend any kind of money.

It helps but it is a utter nightmare. People tell me to find a minimum to save every week to not suffer so muchbut I believe savingnisnt saving unless you ars putting in your maximum effort and profit.

Does or has anyone else gone through this?

I save money but I save the money I have left after all rent bills has been paid. I also give myself a monthly entertainment allowance for alcohol, electronics and day trips. I also give myself an additional 2k a year for a big holiday somewhere.
