Almost anything you spend on business is a business expense if you have a paper trail. But besides that, the government provides incentives for doing obviously good things like reducing unemployment.

There's a good place to start for federal programs, but also look for similar programs or tax credits for your state and municipality.

The ONLY way to anonymously send money online is to set up a dummy PayPal account. Then send money from your main account to your dummy account. Then pay people with the dummy account.

You can also use prepaid gift cards.

I thought you need to link a bank account, which won't make you anonymous to PayPal. There's really no way you can remain anonymous to Paypal.

You can remain anonymous to buyers and sellers by using a business name though.
