Don't forget to take out loans on them for even more properties. Ideally you want all your shit tied up in 30 ear mortgages forever. Yes it is a lot of debt and liability. But it is also pump out tons in rents and income. And bonus for having your shit so leveraged no lawyer in america will try and fuck u out of them.
