Try to go for high dividend yields as much as possible.
Don't be to greedy. 10% is a lot.
Take a loan for real estate when yhe opportunity comes and the loans are cheap.
Keep investing with the rest.
Use your cashflow to pay off the loan and live.
Just keep repeating that.

My real estate will be worth more than double in 10 years due to cities in the vicinity. I'll sell everything then and buy myself a proper mansion instead of the shit lots I own now.

U actually wanna put the work in u can get bitchin tax loopholes and force appreciation. If a house for some reason goes to the moon u get even more rents and can sell for more. Don't forget to take out loans on them for even more properties. Ideally you want all your shit tied up in 30 ear mortgages forever. Yes it is a lot of debt and liability. But it is also pump out tons in rents and income. And bonus for having your shit so leveraged no lawyer in america will try and fuck u out of them.
