I have $500 in a TD Ameritrade account. I want to bet it all that the fed does not raise rates. I would like at least $20,000 if they don't and am happy to lose it all if they do. What do I do /biz/?

Buy a crap load of short-term/long-term bonds. If they don't raise interest rates, more people will turn to bonds for long term goals and thus their market value will rise.
Everyone is expecting that the opposite is true, and bonds are now at a low. It's a safer risk than most, and your $20,000 can generate income if you bet wrong.
