Think about your current and previous roles and a time when you made a customer / client happy and/or you were commended by a superior. Ever turned up early or stayed late to get a project done on time? Took on somebody else's responsibilities? Took ownership of a clients problem or a customer complaint?

We also don't know what role you're applying for. Try to make your example relevant to that.
